This is driven by heightened public health awareness, accelerating urbanization, and the increasingly tangible effects of climate change—each contributing to longer pest seasons and elevated threats to the real estate environment. We believe this sector is particularly well-suited for long-term capital deployment due to key characteristics:
Highly Fragmented: Pest control remains a deeply local, relationship-based family business, with the majority of market share held by independent, founder-led companies that have built trusted brands in their communities
Mission-Critical, Recurring Revenue: Pest control is a required, often contract-based service with strong retention rates, supporting predictable, recession-resilient cash flows

Our ideal partner will have:
- At least $2 million in EBITDA and a track record of strong performance
- Presence across multiple metro or regional markets, with robust demographic and economic growth drivers
- Skilled field teams and scalable infrastructure, with strong safety practices
- A respected brand and loyal customer base, known for service excellence
- A team committed to growth, open to operational optimization, and strategic M&A
