What we're looking for

As we continue to grow our Power Services platform, we are actively seeking add-on partners that complement our existing capabilities and share our commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.

We’re especially interested in businesses that:

• Provide recurring day work under MSAs with IOUs, municipal utilities, cooperatives, or O&G customers
• Offer distribution, transmission, or substation construction services
• Have a <1.0 EMR score, strong safety programs, and proven track record
• Maintain long-term customer relationships with utilities and infrastructure owners
• Bring regional scale and skilled field teams in attractive geographic markets
